We have over 100 open tickets to implement, so there’s plenty of general work. We also have numerous specific projects that we’re looking for a talented and dedicated programmer to tackle, including:
* shopping cart
* an address book
* recurring contributions
* gift certificates
* a news feed

We can handle folks who just want some part-time work, but we’re most interested in someone who could commit at least 10 hours a week. They will get close support from the architect of the site.
