CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY: 

Geared toward juniors, seniors and law students.  Open during fall, spring and summer seme=
sters.
Students must be registered for an internship for academic cr=
edit with their college or university, and must provide official documen=
tation on school letterhead confirming this information upon acceptance =

of the internship.
Requires a minimum of 10 weeks (excludin=
g weekends).
Students must be available to work a minimum of two ful=
l days per week; some areas may require additional days. Application=
dates for r=E9sum=E9 submissions are rolling. See Web site for specific=

Nickelodeon Online Games -=
Provides and manages games content for Nick.com and SpongeBob.com. Games su=
pport on-air initiatives through a 52 week games calendar in which we launch=
two new games per week.

 

MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, LOGO, TV Land , Creativ=
e Services, Multimedia/Web
 The role of the department is =
to keep the company on par with the current industry atmosphere, and with ou=
r competitors. We strive to develop the website every day to make it a littl=
e bit better, more desirable to users, to attract new users, increase page v=
iews, visits, and time spent per visit.&nb=
sp;
Should have an interest in new media/=
online technology.
 
MTV, VH1, LOGO, Spike TV, Nickelodeon, Creat=
ive Services, International Motion/On-Air Graphics
=96 Creates on air elements include opens, bumpers, bug=
s, transitions, production frames.  We have a team of designers, animators, project managers, PA=92s and C=
oordinators.  Once we created =
the graphics we hand them off to producers/editors who will insert the graph=
ics into the show.  MAC platform, Aftereffects, Final Cut. Some departments require =
a reel or online portfolio. 
 

MTV, Nickelodeon, LOGO, Spike TV, Cre=
ative Services Print Design
– Functio=
ns as an in-house visual communications department for MTV Networks. We empl=
oy Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters and Project Managers and Pr=
oject Coordinators, which handle a wide variety of print related projects in=
cluding: advertising campaigns, package design, consumer products and intern=
al / external support marketing materials. Must =
be proficient in
Photoshop and Illustrator.  Some departments require a reel or online portfolio. 
 

MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Spi=
ke TV, mtvU, Comedy Central, LOGO, The N, Nick Jr. Production
=96 We are looking for professional, hard-working i=
nterns who are interested in learning about all aspects of television produc=
tion from producing to casting to production management.  A general knowledge of production as well as goo=
d organizational and communication skills are expected. Interns have an acti=
ve role in pre-production which includes researching guests, preparing cue c=
ards, organizing scripts and brainstorming stunt ideas.  They receive valuable production experience in a =
control room, on-set and on location for our various shoots.  Interns will also gain insight to post produ=
ction and the process involved with editing shows together.  Some departments require Final Cut or Avid sk=
ills.
