Description:

Primary duties as Director of Educational Programs 
– Manage and supervise instructors and teaching assistants 
– Create job descriptions for all instructors and oversee their annual review process 
– Implement the curricular direction/plan of the Board of Trustees 
– Oversee current curricular development and quality control 
– Oversee future curricular and new program development 
– Oversee professional development for instructors 
– Create, implement, manage and maintain program evaluation 
– Manage student issues 
– Run weekly faculty meetings 

Secondary duties include: Student affairs, admissions, and recruitment 
– Oversee student recruitment 
– Oversee admissions process 
– Check in regularly with current students 
– Help to maintain communication with alumni 

Requirements 
– Ability to manage, delegate work and ability to coach, counsel, train and develop staff 
– Experience in education (higher ed preferred) and in writing/implementing a program curriculum 
– Excellent oral and communication skills 
– Ability to implement changes through negotiation and cooperation

Salary: $39,500 up to $44,900 commensurate with job specific experience
