PT Assistant/Junior Producer for a digital marketing consultant located in Soho, NYC
I specialize in launching/managing campaigns for luxury, lifestyle, entertainment, and B2B brands. I produce websites, events, mobile apps and hybrid apps for social media platforms.
The Junior Producer will:
* support on projects, managing client and internal teams from inception through launch
* act as a liaison for Planning, Creative, Studio, Technology and third party vendors
* distribute meeting notes to internal and client teams
* draft statements of works
* Research and social networking management
Qualifications:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
– Minimum of 1-2 years project management experience preferably in an agency
– Ability to manage the full lifecycle of digital projects
– Multi-tasking: you’ll work closely with creative directors, writers and developers
– Willingness to be highly tactical and hands on as well as strategic and client-facing
– Working knowledge of web technologies
– Be highly organized and detail oriented. Use all the PM software to create your plans
– A good design sense is key
– Experience working on an entertainment brand is a plus
