Role: The Senior Flash Developer is primarily focused on developing intense visual interactive applications using Adobe Flash. You should have an exceptionally strong knowledge of ActionScript 3.0 and a strong grasp of object oriented programming concepts.

Requirements:
- 5+ year of professional job experience producing Flash & ActionScript based interactive content
- Strong concepts of Object Oriented Programming, Cross-browser compatibility, CPU/Memory optimization
- Knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, CSS, Illustrator, InDesign
- Previous projects within an interactive agency environment
- Experience with product development relating to social media, advertising and commerce driven businesses
- User interface design, valid CSS/XHTML coding, PHP/mySQL, JavaScript, XML
