Tangible Places is a multi-disciplinary design studio with a focus on the meaningful integration of digital experiences with urban environments.
Our clients include design agencies, non-profit institutions, organizations, museums, architecture firms, international manufacturers, trade associations, technology manufacturers and others. Currently, we are developing connections within the High Speed Rail industry in the United States and around the world to bring a sustainable transportation infrastructure to American cities through a grassroots marketing agency, High Speed Rail USA, Inc.
You will be working in a start-up environment in the East Village. We believe in training interns for a career in information architecture, experience design, and transit oriented development. By becoming involved with this grassroots start-up, your efforts will lay the foundation for long term growth and stability for yourself and others.

Requirements:
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, Adobe Creative Suite, Visio and Omnigraffle is highly desired.
Excellent visual and verbal communication skills are highly desired.
Those familiar with AutoCAD, VectorWorks, 3D Studio Max, Cinema 4D, or other 3D modeling and rendering platforms are encouraged to apply.
