This is primarily a development role, but we want someone with good stats knowledge. There will be front-end web and back-end server development work. Later down the line, the mathematics/stats knowledge comes in to play.

The description says it all. We like analytics focused people, business school types who can use good judgment in leading the game direction. Internet experience is pretty important, and social experience is highly desired.
