JOB: freelance creative director for a startup

About the job opening: I’m working with a few other people making first versions of web/mobile products for aspiring startups.  We’re trying to complete each project within 2-3 weeks. During that time span, we refine the client’s idea into a minimum viable product, design it and build it.  We’re confident that we can build most things, but our design skills are pretty weak (we’re ok at UI/wireframing, but that’s about it).  Ideally, we’d like to find a creative director who can work with us on an ongoing basis.  The pay’s pretty good and we’re also taking small equity stakes in the startups.  We have desk space at a co-working space in Soho and prefer to find someone who can meet with us and our clients here.
