Product Project Manager

What you will be working on:
● Leading internal projects and driving them towards completion with close attention to
detail and a sense of urgency around dates
● Working closely with our partners and customers, maintaining a balance between
meeting partner needs and not over-committing
● Managing partner and internal management expectations and flagging potential issues
early
● Maintaining a deep knowledge of your project and products and assuming responsibility
for total quality
● Preparing reports and documentation for internal and external consumption

Sales and Support Engineer
Who you are:
● Strongly technical with the ability to understand architecture and technical deployments
that you didn’t engineer yourself
● Enjoy discussing products and technologies with both technical and non technical
audiences
● Happy to work with partners and customers to troubleshoot technical issues and guide
them through resolutions and workarounds
● Have a strong product and sales mindset to go along with your technical capabilities
What you will be working on:
● Attending partner and customer sales meetings in order to support sales and business
develop teams
● Interacting with partner and customer engineering teams in order to explain our products
from an architectural standpoint
● Deeply understanding products and helping the engineering team prioritize features and
bug fixes
● Providing operational escalation support for partners and customers including
troubleshooting and developing workarounds for their help-desks
● Responding to operational alerts during work hours to triage issues and interacting with
the engineering team to escalate severe problems
● Tracking and providing reports on operational trends to the engineering team to prioritize
issues

○ B.S. Engineering degree required. Masters degree preferred.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Technical skills:
○ Linux system administration, familiarity with the LAMP stack
○ Python / Java
○ Amazon EC2 / EBS / S3

○ Mobile experience (Android, iPhone) a plus
