LED Artist Jason Krugman is seeking efficient and detail-oriented workers to assist in assembling parts for an upcoming architectural lighting installation. The project is in conjunction with LTL Architects for the new administration building of Claremont Colleges in Claremont, CA.
6400 green and blue LED pixels will form a responsive skin around the interior of the building. To be installed late next week.
The assembly work will take place at 68 Jay St in Dumbo from Friday, June 9th, through Wednesday June 15th. Pay is $10/hr.
Work would include:
– putting screws through PCB holes
– mounting and gluing diffusers to circuit boards
– general organization and process management
