We’re looking for someone to prepare a Flash-based presentation of our Atlantic City master plan. It will include plans, renderings, and lots of other content and is meant to be more sophisticated than a powerpoint show, with better transitions, potentially short animations, and the ability to be viewed independently online without a narrator.
We need someone to start very soon and thought a freelance arrangement could work. Ideally they have done this kind of show before and might have some familiarity with architecture/planning/design types of content.
