We don’t have a formal description, but basically we are looking for UI designers who are also good storytellers.
The work is a combination of interface design involving transactions, interactive presentations, information design, and old fashioned graphic design. The tools we use (among others) are pen and paper, illustrator & photoshop, wire framing apps, css/html/jquery, and our brains when they are functioning.
