Sourcetone is in search of a developer to assist in developing and maintaining Flash, PHP, Ruby on Rails, and HTML based websites. The developer will be responsible for working with the existing design and development teams to create site content and code for creating timely, optimized and standard-compliant commercial websites and Flash applications for public launch. The successful candidate will demonstrated experience with developing interactive Flash, PHP, Ruby on Rails and HTML/CSS/JavaScript sites to interface with a content management back end system. The developer will also be party responsible for creating, updating and maintaining MySQL databases as needed to power our forward facing web presence.
Requirements
3+ years of professional web development experience.
Candidates must have experience bringing completed design concepts to successful website fruition, including Flash movies/players that interact with PHP, Ruby on Rails, and a MySQL content management system.

Web standards / browser capabilities, including cross-browser compliance
Adobe CS3-5 Design Suite, comfort with manipulating images/design
Deliverables from Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Facebook and other social media integration
Web 2.0 tools, techniques and besy practices
Impleenting client-side libraries
