I am in a need of an associate producer for HBO/ MAX GO. These are online services that stream HBO and MAX content; they are free to HBO and MAX subscribers, respectively. The job description is below. I’m wondering if you can help me find someone. Sometimes you and George just know of people and can make a recommendation. The pay is $50 to $55 per hr. It’s entry level, but still requires web savvy. There is a possibility that if this person works out, we would offer permanent employment. ASSOCIATE PRODUCER JOB DESCRIPTION
The Associate Producer is responsible for successfully supporting the GO Production Team in the management and publication of HBO/ MAX GO content, across all platforms on which the services are accessible. Associate Producers report to a GO Producer.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
> Utilize a proprietary content management system (CMS) to populate and publish the HBO and MAX GO services with planned editorial content and special features across all platforms (desktop, iPad, mobile).
> Manage the delivery of images and meta data assets; manage the content upload process for both services, across all platforms
> Support the Content Analyst by tracking Programming and Promo video assets.
> Ensure that programming strategies [plans] have been implemented consistently for both HBO and MAX GO, across all platforms.
> Manage multiple publication requests.
> Provide cross- service and platform coverage for fellow APs.
> Report detailed status and progress across all projects.
> Ensure that all imagery, meta data and video extras and programming published on all HBO and MAX GO platforms adheres to the highest levels of quality assurance.
REQUIREMENTS
> 1-2 years experience working for a website in web publishing.
> Basic knowledge and familiarity of the web and related technologies (HTML, Content Management Systems).
> Strong attention to detail.
> Able to balance multiple, competing directions and manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced environment.
> Flexibility in dealing with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
> Enthusiasm and willingness to handle both medium and small tasks as needed.
> Strong communication (written, verbal).
> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
