In conjunction with the Production Director, manage and coordinate all aspects of website development from inception through launch to ensure deadline and goals have been successfully accomplished. Work closely with Marketing, Affiliates, Merchandising, Creative Services, Customer Service and Engineering groups to achieve overall project objectives.
• Help create a detailed project plan in collaboration with Marketing, Creative Services, Engineering and Customer Service Groups for each project.
• Help implement and maintain a project plan that that identifies key milestones, project dependencies, and project resources and then manage and execute the plan.
• Ensure the project team is notified promptly of any change in project scope and expected deliverables.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with team and disseminate information from those meetings though established communication protocols.
• Ensure consistency of work, punctuality of deliverables and overall adherence to strategy.
• Liaison between the Brands, Affiliates, Creative Services, Marketing, Merchandising and Engineering to collect technical, creative and content requirements and assure open communication and work-flow between front and back ends.
Qualifications:
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Minimum of 4 years project experience
• 5+ years of online web development
• Working knowledge of Web technologies
• Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence across groups.
• Pro active problem solving skills
• Experience in managing creative projects.
