San Diego, CA/Seattle, WA

 

Visceral, a boutique digital communications agency, is seeking an Interactive Producer in San Dieg or Seattle  to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of online marketing and web-development projects.

 

The Interactive Producer will serve in a dual role of day-to-day client agency representative and project manager for multiple campaigns.  The position is ideally contract/project-based to start, moving into a full-time opportunity for the candidate who fits best with our team.

 

This individual will join an integrated team with diverse functional and agency backgrounds, including marketing strategists, web developers, designers, and IA/UX experts.  This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual looking to work for an up-and-coming agency.

 

Client Responsibilities:

  1. .    Serve as primary day-to-day contact for multiple clients and internal project staff
  2. .    Co-develop digital marketing strategies and manage tactical implementation across multiple digital channels (particularly websites, social media and mobile)
  3. .    Develop strategic and creative briefs for internal and external client presentations

 

Project Management Responsibilities:

  1. .    Define the project process, cost, timing and success metrics (goals, deliverables, schedule and budget)
  2. .    Ensure that projects meet deadlines through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports and  meeting notes
  3. .    Facilitate an effective collaboration between developers and designers and strategists
  4. .    Comfort working with a diverse, “virtual” team.

 

Qualifications:

  1. .    3-5 years of overall experience; at least 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in an Advertising or at a Digital Agency
  2. .    Must have experience managing projects with both internal and external dependencies
  3. .    Experience developing interactive projects and serving as point person between client and agency teams
  4. .    Deep knowledge of strategy and web marketing, and how various offline and online channels complement each other
  5. .    Has the ability to create and execute project work plans while revising them to meet changing needs and requirements
  6. .    Has the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively
  7. .    Understands how to mitigate risk to project timelines and deliverables
