[INTERN] media art programmer, Art Gate Gallery in Chelsea

Art Gate Gallery in Chelsea is looking for a media art programmer who can participate the upcoming media art project in June 2012.
The project is an interactive art exhibition in which the both tangible and intangible objects get integrated to create an interesting interactive art.
The tangible object will be the organically dyed fabrics called
‘Bojagi’ and the intangible will be Sonic events and Human gestures.

The project is sponsored by a commercial Korean gallery ‘Kong’ affiliating with Art Gate Gallery, a commercial art gallery in Chelsea.
They are looking for a person who would like to join
the technology team to design actual interactive work with a fabric artist from Korea.

This is a non-paid internship position.
However, the project will be on tour afterwards and the person who is in charge of developing the interactive work will get a credit as an interactive artist and possibly tour together if necessary.
(tour including Korea and China).
There is no stipend but basic supports will be compensated (Meals, Metro-card etc).

If anyone in your program wants to pursue their career as an interactive artist or want to get involved with a commercial art gallery in Chelsea, this is a great chance to join the actual commercial interactive art community.

We cannot disclose more about the project details due to the security issue.
