Givkwik Inc is looking for a creative, high energy intern to lead the User Experience team for a season of fast paced fun!
The User Experience Intern will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a great experience for charitable giving on phones, tablets and other devices. The successful candidate will combine creativity, critical thinking, and rigor to help ensure the success of the GivKwik platform. The candidate should have a healthy sense of humor and a love for solving challenging problems.
Description
A successful candidate will be exposed to a fast paced, highly interactive, and exciting work environment. We encourage creativity and innovation in your design approach but require that you have the skills and abilities to be able to defend your designs, and take direction where improvements need to be made. A User Experience Intern must be passionate about products, be focused on excellence, and have the willingness and desire to learn user-centered design concepts.
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with solid foundations in Interaction design concepts, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
Challenges and opportunities will only be limited by your current skills and your desire to grow as a designer.
Duration & Stipend
The internship is originally designed for 8-12 weeks, but can be negotiated longer or shorter.
A stipend is available.
