There are currently 2 studio/work/desk spaces available at the studio I run in Manhattan, Klank Studios. Each desk space is $400/mo and includes full access to the workshop + utils. The whole space (pictured) could also be rented by one person for $750/mo.
Klank Studios is a shared art/design/maker studio located in the heart of Manhattan @29th & 7th.
There are already a few ITPers here and it would be great to have more.
