Part-Time Tech Integrator opening at Heschel
The Abraham Joshua Heschel School is looking for a part-time (1/2 time) Instructional Technology Integrator to work in our High School. The position entails working with faculty on a project basis to develop new and interesting learning environments as well as helping faculty further develop their technology skills.
Skills and Abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Facility and comfort working independently and collaboratively
• Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor
Education and Experience
• Bachelorís degree
• 2+ years experience in educational technology
• Strong knowledge of application software
• Mac OS applications
• Google Apps for Education
• Smart Interactive Whiteboards and Smart Notebook
Responsibilities
• Meet regularly with teachers to develop lessons/projects that integrate technology into their curriculum
• Act as a resource for High School teachers both in and out of the classroom
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on emerging and basic technologies for faculty
• Promote an environment of safe and ethical use of technology
