Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google’s key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

This creative development team is a reinvention of the traditional agency model that sits within Google. Designed for the sole purpose of collaborating with tops brands and their agencies. Armed with the latest Google technologies, media and APIs, the team conceives and builds bespoke experiences for the digital age that push boundaries of creative innovation.

  • Contribute to the development of cutting edge prototypes in the field of creative technology.
  • Collaborate on the ideation and development of “never been done before” digital experiences in partnership with top brands and agencies.
  • Work with internal Google teams in order to solve top brands issues through storytelling and technology.
  • Provide in-house technical advisement to Creative team, Account Managers and Project Managers.

Minimum qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Multimedia Design or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years relevant work experience, including experience in digital creative advertising, interactive product development, interactive project management, web development.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in rapid prototyping in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with front end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ActionScript 3, Java/Android, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of strengths and limitations of creative programming in current and emerging platforms (Processing, wearable tech, open frameworks, arduino, etc).
  • Considerable background in web site and web application development, including experience working closely with Product Managers and Design teams.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverables and tight timelines.

We help take product innovations and turn them into client solutions that enable our customers to get the most out of Google’s advertising solutions. NPS team members ensure that we have the right commercial strategy for our products and bring product expertise to Sales.
