[JOB] Office Coordinator, Bossa

Position: Office Coordinator
Location: New York City
Department: Operations

As the office coordinator at Bossa, you will be responsible for maintaining varying aspects of the business. We are looking for a candidate that is motivated, organized and flexible. You are a team player, professional, and reliable.

• Work closely with and support the founding partners of Bossa
• Maintain and update the company calendar, and schedule travel when needed
• Track company expenses
• General office maintenance requests, answering phones, collecting mail, organize and keep office clean, stock kitchen and office supplies
• Manage payroll, invoicing, and timecards for all freelance workers
• Liaison with technical support team for tech needs and requests

• 1-2 years of operational or administrative experience
• Understanding of interactive advertising and digital production is highly desired
• Must have strong verbal & written communication skills
• Must be detail oriented and flexible
• Bachelor’s degree required
