[GIG] Physical Computing Developer, for OSX app

Seeking Physical-Computing Developer to create Sensor triggers as inputs to Mac application (PixelConduit, Jitter or GPI trigger)
We are looking for a talented developer to create a few simple sensor triggers to connect to a OSX app (either PixelConduit, Jitter or a similar triggered accepting program).

The purpose of these sensors is to place them in a room and have them trigger different video sequences. These could be built with Arduinos, RaspberryPi’s or any other device that you are familiar with which will get the job done.
The sensors needed are:
  • Pressure Switch sensor: to detect when a actor steps on a pad (similar to the floor pad game controllers  in dancing games that detect when a player step on the right beat). Like a basic version of a Wii Dancing Mat (in fact… could be a repurposed Wii Dancing Mat if you can connect the data output for us to either PixelConduit or a GPI triggered device.
  • Proximity or Vision sensorto detect when a ball tossed by the user passes through a target (or hits a target). Ideally this is either a proximity sensor, RF sensor or a video camera detecting when a ball crosses a frame. When the ball passes the threshold a signal switch needs to be sent into PixelConduit to trigger the corresponding video.
We are looking to have 5 units of each sensor above developed.
We need these to be developed over the next 3-5 weeks, and are available in New York for any meeting and testing necessary. Working remotely is ok as well.
