Senior Technical Project Manager
Can You…
• Create project brief and timelines, drive weekly client status meetings & reports, monitor project resource allocation and hours and provide on-going project risk management
• Work with creative, technical, UX and strategy leads from the earliest concept stage forward, to ensure the most innovative production methods are employed.
• Ensure all proposed creative concepts can be produced within the specified timeframe or budget.
• Actively position oneself as a digital advisor, client advocate internally and an agency advocate with client
• Thrives in a highly creative, collaborative and interdepartmental environment, alongside multi-disciplinary peers with the ability to leverage multiple perspectives as pillars for innovation
• Execute Actualization aka Burn reports weekly and monthly
• Describes oneself as a “do-er” and “planner” in project management with proven track record in project and time/budget management
• Has superior communication skills, excellent in written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to successfully articulate complex digital solutions and/or processes in a simple and engaging way (both internally and client-side)
• Create and manage proposals, Statements of Work and detailed project plans for customer integrations including timelines and effort estimates.
Do You Have…
• 5-7 years of project management within a digital agency or digital marketing team, previous account/client management experience a plus
• Strength in creatively problem-solving and critical thinking
• Experience with medium-to-large scale development and enterprise content management systems (CMS)
• Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe tracking software
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities;
• Up-to-date technical knowledge of web, mobile and software technologies; experience working with with modern front-end development frameworks
• Ability to write tests and work closely with QA engineers
• Basic knowledge of UX best practices
• Previous experience managing clients in a digital agency with project management focus
• An independent work ethic and drive
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
