Full-time Interactive Producer
Red Paper Heart is looking for a producer with experience in the interactive/digital world and outstanding organizational skills to help manage client and internal projects from inception to delivery in the always fun Red Paper Heart office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.Key Duties:
Simultaneously manage and oversee multiple projects from inception to delivery (i.e. write and manage budgets, SOW’s, production schedules, contracts, etc.)
Facilitate communication between clients, third party vendors and staff
Find and manage resources.
Assess and manage new business inquiries, including identifying project scope and writing proposals.

Experience and Skills Required:
At least 5 years of experience in the interactive/digital world with a working knowledge about the design & development process.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter, ability to work independently, take initiative and think strategically.
Ability to multi-task and simultaneously manage multiple projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines and to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced creative environment.
Creative, resourceful and confident presenter and negotiator
A sense of humor and passion for what you do.
Big Plus:
Experience with physical installations
Experience with event production
Copywriting and PR skills
