Join our team
We are looking for a front-end developer who is also familiar with back–end technologies for freelance work. The right candidate will have a daily hands-on role in updating, encoding and building content throughout the site.
Key Responsibilities:
· Working alongside our back-end developer for implementation of new pages and features.
- · Image-mapping product images in our CMS for e-commerce functionality.
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience with front-end development and familiarity with back-end development / integration.
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task numerous projects at one time
• Able to communicate, take direction, and estimate deliverables
Front-End Skills:
• HTML, HAML
• CSS, SASS
• JavaScript
• Photoshop/ Indesign/ Dreamweaver
• jQuery and other JS libraries
Back-End knowledge of:
• Ruby on Rails / HAML
• PostgreSQL and other Open-source databases
