This is basically a graduated internship and a great hands on learning program that allows you to use your XD muscles while working closely with the User Experience team here at mcgarrybowen. The program is the best way to get exposure and a foot in the door for junior positions. For the spring session we are looking for a candidate that can join now and stay in the program for about 3 months. After three months there can be an option for extension if all is going well. The pay is $15/hour . Most people who have been in the fellowship program love it, some get job offers out of it , and some stay for multiple sessions.
