Pemberton is an award-winning creative studio based in downtown New York City. We are looking to hire and eager and resourceful design intern for summer 2014.
As our first (ever!) intern, you will work side-by-side our tight-knit team on a multitude of inspiring and challenging projects. You should be well-versed and interested in the marriage of art and technology, and have a great understanding for how design and emotion can add value to the world. We make the internet more human.
We are looking for a multidisciplinary designer who is inherently curious. You should have experience executing various forms of design for the digital landscape, primary responsibilities include: product design, brand identity, graphic design, and an outstanding sense of art direction and user experience (for web, and mobile.) We need an athlete who can hit the ground running and add value to our various special projects.
You will work directly with our creative director, Taylor Pemberton, and have the ability to learn, contribute, and inspire. We will provide a structure to help cultivate your interpersonal and creative growth.

We expect:

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Knowledge of Keynote, Mail, Calendar, and other tools

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Flexibility and versatility, the ability to execute quick and bounce between tasks

Team player who is competitive however not precious with ideas or concepts

Confidence with your decisions and understands the importance of presentation

Someone who is kind, considerate, and supplements our dynamic

Basic knowledge of how to export work and package for implementation
