[JOB] Creative, DeepLocal

Deeplocal is seeking a Junior Creative to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA.

This role focuses on collaboratively concepting, developing, and effectively communicating great ideas for our clients. This person should have a deep understanding of digital (and ideally physical) media and will be involved in the entire creative cycle from brainstorm to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for and an encyclopedic knowledge of art and design, both historic and contemporary.


  • Drive, oversee, and provide thought leadership in the assessment of existing projects for usefulness, usability, visual design, content, and branding
  • Merge research with client goals to create strategy documents and user experience guides
  • Illustrate solutions using formats including: use cases, wireframes, functional requirements, storyboards, flow diagrams, and system diagrams
  • Design and present solutions to clients
  • Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions
  • Collaborate with outside creative resources from varying backgrounds
  • Develop presentation decks


  • Degree preferred in art or design-related discipline: Visual Design, Interaction, Information or Interface design; Human-Computer Interaction; Design Planning; Graphic Design; Communications
  • 1+ years of experience, agency experience a plus
  • Knowledge of direct marketing, online advertising, and web experiences, with proven conceptual and design abilities
  • Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Frequent travel may be required
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of clients and co-workers
  • Must possess a deep understanding in related creative tracks: design, interactive development, and copywriting

The project launched Deeplocal as an up-and-coming force in the ad industry and an expert in technological innovation.
