Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer that can help us build our Content Aggregation Platform. We currently have a working alpha of the site on Amazon AWS and a secondary improved build hosted locally with a more robust foundation for continued development. This current version is built on a CodeIgniter framework with a MySQL database; all well commented and organized. The main function of the application is to collect and organize data while enabling users to customize their feeds. 

Rescribe is a tool that allows users to create a custom web experience. Our parent company, Prescribed works in the arts; specializing in Video and Event Production. Prescribed was founded in 2010 and has worked with clients such as MTV, Complex Media, GlobalGrind, Frank 151, Rocawear, Black Scale, and with artists such as Jane’s Addiction and Wyclef Jean. We are primarily based in New York City but frequent Atlanta, Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Prescribed encourages our employees’ voice to share their creativity, skills, and input into all of our projects; creating an environment of free thinking.
