Get Paid to Make a Film!

Get paid to hone your film production skills on a real world film project!

Work with a fantastic non-profit organization to produce a 2-minute marketing film, from start to finish, including storyboarding, filming on location, editing, and pre- and post-production. Please note: the successful candidate(s) must provide all film production equipment.

To be considered for the project, please send a proposal addressing the Scope of Services and Timetable described below, and including a line item budget, to david@salvadori.org.

Background

The Salvadori Center is a small non-profit that annually produces a short marketing video. The video captures the heart and soul of what we do… the ultimate goal is to inspire funders.

In previous years we have hired a professional production company. Now we would like to give you the opportunity to work with us for a stipend. You can view our last three videos on the Salvadori YouTube page:

Scope of Services

• Work with Salvadori staff to create a storyboard for the 2015 marketing film

• 2-4 days on-location filming (please note: the successful candidate(s) must provide all film production equipment)

• All post production including editing and animation

• Strict adherence to the Timetable

Timetable

• November 2014-December 2014 – Storyboarding

• December 2014-January 2015 – Filming

• January 2015-March 2015 – Editing/post-production

• March 1, 2015 – Rough cut due

• March 15, 2015 – Final cut due

To be considered for the project, send a proposal addressing the Scope of Services and Timetable, and including a line item budget, to david@salvadori.org. Include links to previous work and at least 2 references (one can be a current film school professor).

Proposals must be submitted by November 30, 2014.
