PERCH, the leader in interactive retail experience, is seeking an Interactive Producer to work full time at our office in SoHo. The Interactive Producer is at the hub of the PERCH team, and is the main point of contact for our clients. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can handle client communications and expectations, manage the progress of our projects from concept through delivery and installation, and represent the company in day-to-day operations.
ROLE
- Interface with clients and internal design / development team
- Set project schedules, as well as daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Direct production of client work, in-house projects and R&D
- Schedule and attend all client meetings, handle majority of client communication
- Coordinate logistics, shipping and project travel
- Coordinate marketing efforts, trade shows and events
- Ensure all features are implemented as designed and running properly
- Ensure office is running smoothly and is in order
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, respectful approach and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent written and spoken command of the English language
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Quick to pick up new software tools, and proficient in project management software
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
- Confident and self-starting; not afraid of technical details or complex subject matter
- Ability to understand the overall picture
- Ability to Manage multiple calendars, arrange internal and external meetings
- Detail-oriented and flexible, able to multi-task & work independently
- Must be effective in prioritizing tasks and responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience producing projects, ideally in a digital agency setting
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- Marketing and social media skills a plus
