NEW INC is excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for full- and part-time membership for the 2015-2016 year! We are looking for cross-disciplinary, collaborative, and entrepreneurial creatives that leverage technology to imagine new modes of cultural production. We provide the infrastructure, resources, and support to help emerging professionals pursue innovative ideas, practices, and business models.
NEW INC, the first museum-led incubator, is a shared workspace and professional development program designed to support creative practitioners working in the areas of art, technology, and design. Conceived by the New Museum in 2013 and launched September 2014, the incubator is a not-for-profit platform that furthers the Museum’s ongoing commitment to new art and new ideas. NEW INC provides a collaborative space for a highly selective, interdisciplinary community of one hundred members to investigate new ideas and develop a sustainable practice.
A limited number of subsidized desk fellowships are available to qualified applicants.
