The Title: ScrumMaster
The Client: Ecommerce Division of Luxury Beauty Company
The Job: In conjunction with the Product Manager, the ScrumMaster is responsible for planning,
coordinating and managing website and feature development. Projects will range from new
development to enhancements on existing products. Projects will always be built to cross devices and
to scale experiences across channels.
In facilitating his/her project/s, the scrum master will work closely with user experience designers,
graphic designers, and engineers to ensure milestones and business goals are met. This position will
interface with both technical and non-technical business-side stakeholders to gather and prioritize
product requirements.
The ideal candidate will have moderate to deep AGILE experience and will excel at: cross-group
coordination, clear and concise communication, project management, creative problem solving,
process-focused aptitude to manage a variety of responsibilities and deliverables. Must be prepared to
succeed against aggressive goals with minimum supervision, be comfortable working with internal and
external partners and virtual/offshore teams.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of web project management experience, AGILE preferred
– Working knowledge of web technologies
– An ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence across groups
