Tigerspike NY is looking for an Analytics Lead to spearhead our practice in North America. Identifying go-to-market strategy across key verticals, you’ll deliver complex analytics solutions for our customers with tangible business results. You will help to inform and support the product strategy for our customers by gaining a clear understanding of their business problems and needs through the collection and analysis of key data and trends.
Working in collaboration with Tigerspike’s commercial, design, delivery and technical teams, you will be responsible for identifying analytics requirements, setting up the appropriate packages/ dashboards and developing the insights to feed long term product roadmaps.
You will also be responsible for educating our customers and our internal teams as to the value of analytics as part of the product development process.

Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business or any quantitative field of study (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of quantitative digital analytics experience preferably from an agency and/or consultancy setting
- Confident presenting analytics strategy and findings directly to key stakeholders
- Proven experience designing and leading quantitative user research projects (to include competitive analysis, trend analysis, user behavior, etc)
- Design and facilitate research and user behavior insight workshops
- Facilitate A/B and multivariate testing
- Customization and set-up of 3rd party analytics software
- Proficiency one of more of the following analytics tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Insights, Omniture, WebTrends, etc
- Have the following personal attributes: integrity, trust and personal credibility; be a clear communicator; an ambitious self starter; hungry for results and show perseverance; a good listener; customer oriented; comfortable amongst higher management levels; strong interpersonal skills; someone who can influence and guide others easily; and well organized with clear attention to detail
