Position: Senior Visual Designer / Principal Visual Designer

concepts that dramatically enhance the mobility of our core Triple Play services.

The Senior Visual Designer
The UI/Visual Designer will have a hands-on role in the design efforts of
consumer-facing products by shaping product benefits and user needs into
engaging and intuitive user interfaces for a wide range of mobile devices and
web experiences. The successful candidate will bring experience in delivering
digital applications that feature outstanding user experience and elegant design
aesthetics. Candidate portfolios must contains recent mobile/tablet based
products on iOS and Android platforms to be considered.
Take responsibility for the interface: find problems, propose solutions,
recommend implementations, and execute on UI solutions to improve the
user experience.
Create pixel-perfect, world-class user interfaces and original, eye-catching
visual design.
Create pixel-perfect iconography and animations that represent the brand
and purpose of mobile applications.
Deliver high quality work on tight schedules in a dynamic, agile product
environment.
Produce interactive prototypes for internal experimentation and user
testing, and test UI in a rigorous, data-driven way.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX team, and Engineers during all
phases of the project/process.
Demonstrate command of usability and accessibility standards, of visual
and user interface design disciplines and principles.
Study and understand users deeply to recommend how to create UI
features that deal with and solve their needs.
Write complete and intuitive style guides and design specifications with a
focus towards Engineering implementation.
Support, communicate, course-correct, and revise through the
development phase.
Maintain a critical eye and an obsessive attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Degree in design, fine arts, graphic arts or related field
Minimum 5 years of UI and visual design experience within a digital
agency or product team.
Experience leading development of comprehensive and versatile digital
design systems.
Significant experience in iconography, symbol design, and data
visualization.
Expert typesetting and typographic design skills.
Deep knowledge of cross-platform mobile usability standards and UI
specifications.
Demonstrable fluency with Adobe Creative Suite design tools (Illustrator,
Photoshop, Fireworks, etc.)
Understanding of design and technical capabilities/limitations of leading
email and browser technology.
Ability to take a project from exploratory and conceptual version, through
to final production assets.
Strong ability to multitask and execute against multiple projects running in
parallel path.
Ability to collaborate with other designers, copywriters and business
stakeholders.
