QA Contractor – Virtual Reality (NYC)
Play a vital role in building out a new medium for computing.
We’re seeking a part-time (20 hrs) on-site QA contractor to help test virtual reality applications. We’re looking for someone with experience using virtual reality applications and testing software. You should have an eye for detail, experience working closely with an engineering team, taking screen captures, and filing bugs/tickets.
Responsibilities
Test new builds daily
File tickets for new issues
Describe bugs and repro steps
Verify fixes were successfully implemented
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, HCI, a related field or equivalent practical experience
Familiarity with virtual reality applications
1-2+ years experience in QA testing
Strong communication skills
UI or design experience a plus
