Dailymotion is a platform where more than a billion videos are watched every month! And we are building the next big thing. We are creating an incredible user experience at the enterprise level, and are looking for a Product Designer with 3- 5 years experience to join our growing team in NYC.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for concepting design interfaces, and interaction models. You will collaborate with Product, Data and Engineering to define the product at high level as well as focus on the details of user interaction components, labels, and flows to help users achieve their goals.
You substantially contribute to defining the “what” as well as the “how.” And you constantly ask “why?”

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– 3-5 years in-depth knowledge and experience of user interface design of digital products, preferably with a focus on console, dashboard and administration tools across multiple platforms.
– Experience applying user-centered design processes while working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research
– Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas, and the ability to sketch out your ideas on paper
– Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
– Knowledge of web-based technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions a plus
– Knowledge of Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
– Must be organized, analytical, and dynamic
– Bachelor degree in a design-related discipline a plus
