My name is Dr. Kayla LeLeux-LaBarge and I am an organizational psychologist at Equilibria Leadership Consulting and one of the developers of a new Philadelphia-based ed-tech startup/product called the Young Leader Project. The Young Leader Project is an interactive learning tool that teaches leadership soft skills to young people ages 7-11. This project is focused on one thing… building tomorrow’s leaders by introducing integral leadership skills and ways to develop them over the course of a lifetime.
