JOB: many jobs at Fintech company

Our client is a Fintech/POS company, with a great mission helping SMBs with their intuitive, elegant POS software and in-store devices, a robust customer relationship platform, no-touch payment, etc.
You’ve seen their devices absolutely everywhere – at bodegas, salons, cafes, etc. When we tell people to check out their website, they always say, “Oh YEAH, I know them!” (And then they get extra excited.)
They’re seeking multiple, fulltime Mid + Senior Product Designers.
Roles are hybrid onsite, and candidates be based in NYC/NJ, SF/Bay Area, Austin, Atlanta, or the Denver area.

TO APPLY, use the link below the description, and please reference “ITP“.
They’re looking for folks across the following teams:
  • Mid or Sr Product Designer, Restaurant & Retail Tech – In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on many new products in the company’s ecosystem that exist within their merchants’ spaces. Experience working in the service industry is a huge plus for this role, as empathy for your users, who are mostly front or back of house in restaurants or working in retail, is key with these products.
  • Mid or Sr Product Designer, Merchant Tools – This team encompasses Value-Added Services and their Core Dashboard. Value-Added Services offers a marketplace for business owners and managers to explore and purchase third party tools that complement the company’s POS features. The Core Dashboard, which you’d get to help rebuild in a 0 => 1 fashion, enables business owners to easily review and understand data that provides helpful insights into their sales and performance. This role is great for a visual-leaning, but still fullstack, designer who is a good problem-solver and comfortable with complexity.
  • Mid or Sr Product Designer, Core Systems: Onboarding & Activation – This role will focus on the experience of business owners and managers after they purchase the product, ensuring that they are able to successfully onboard and configure the product ecosystem to work for their business. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with the Design Systems team, and collaborate with researchers. This is a great role for someone who is UX Design- and User Research-leaning, as there are a lot of challenges to understanding the user’s experience and how to make it better.
  • Mid or Senior Product Designer, Design Systems – In this role, you’ll be a vital member of the growing Design Systems team. Your work will cover the dashboard, mobile apps, hardware, .com experience, and coordinate with Marketing efforts. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how this nascent design system fits into the product release cycle, working closely with Engineering and Accessibility. A designer who has contributed significantly to two or more design systems, and has a passion for accessibility, is a great fit for this role.
cheers – we hope to hear from you soon!
