JOB: Federal Government Customer Experience Strategist

The Federal CX community is on a mission to deliver a simple, seamless, and secure customer experience on par with or better than leading consumer experiences. A successful CX Strategist has dedication to mission, the ability to continually re-center on the customers the government serves, and a willingness to go deep into projects and details and then zoom out to persuade leadership on the value of this work using data, user research, and customer insights. Applicants will be considered by a range of agencies across government; a full list of agencies interested in hiring CX Strategists will be posted with the job announcement.

HOW TO APPLY
