FLORA is hiring a full-time Creative Producer to join our Williamsburg office. We are looking for T-shaped creatives —
rigorous, versatile media production skills (studio photo, video, visual design, graphic design, motion, lighting), but must have in-depth expertise in any creative specialization of their choice.
Must-have:
- Fit the profile of the T-shaped creative we are looking for
- Experience using generative AI to deliver high-calibre, polished creative work
- Extensive experience in Figma
- Strong, polished creative portfolio demonstrating their fit for the needs described above
Strongly desired:
- Strong proficiency in motion design/After Effects
- High-calibre visual design skills
- Experience working on commercial creative campaigns, either in agency setting or extensive freelance work
- Strong familiarity with using FLORA
