[GIGS] Looking for website help

Hi, I am setting up a small website for my consulting business and need two kinds of help, not necessarily from the same person:

1. Setting up the site correctly — [it is now set up incorrectly]  including  a good graphic design sensibility re layout, fonts, etc. and general website dos and don’ts; and
2. SEO
   

My questions are

1. Am I in the right place for this type of help?
2. Do you have a jobs website where your students look for work  and/or advertise their skills?
