They’re seeking their Founding Designer / Senior Designer / Head of Design (title flexible) who’s got a beautiful Visual UI hand, who can take their design sensibilities to the next level. You’d be partnering closely with their co-Founder, who’s got a UX + PM background.

Founding Product Designer / Senior Designer / Head of Design @ $30M gifting startup

Location: 100% remote

The company:

• They’re on a mission to revolutionize gift giving and receiving, for both personal gifts and corporate gifting
• They offer a curated selection of gifts from popular brands and small businesses
• They’re currently 30 people, $30M funded, and Series A
• Leadership is seasoned and proven. Their Head of Engineering is a longtime Shopify alum, and one of their co-Founders has founded multiple successful businesses in the past

• You’ll be instrumental in elevating the Visual UI, navigation, and look/feel of both their B2C and Enterprise / B2B products
  • think: how does someone at a F500 recognize multiple employees on a systematic level, and create automatic gifting programs?
• Your initial focus will be building up their desktop experience, then shift to iterating on their mobile app
• In elevating their design, you’ll collaborate closely with their co-founder, who is a Product lead with good UX knowledge (and a super nice guy!)

This role is for you if:

• You want to shape not only the product, but also the company, with your design
• You’re comfy being an IC to start, and you are excited about eventually hiring other designers and growing / leading a Design team
• Bonus if you came up through Graphic / Brand / or Marketing Design (and might be willing to pitch in on it today), and SaaS experience.
