Application Development Cohort
The ADC supports NYU’s New York City-based applicants to prestigious scholarships and fellowships. Participation in the ADC is required to receive NYU’s nomination for the Rhodes, Marshall, and Mitchell Scholarships. It is also encouraged for NYU’s applicants to Gates Cambridge, Knight-Hennessy, and Schwarzman. Applications to the ADC are due April 3. Applications are open to any current junior, senior, or recent alum from all disciplines with at least a 3.7 GPA.
Fulbright
We are currently seeking applicants to the Fulbright US Student program. Fulbright provides funding for recent graduates to conduct research and artistic projects, pursue graduate study, or teach English abroad. For more information about this year’s Fulbright process, please visit this site. This year’s Fulbright process is open to any current junior, senior, or recent alum from all disciplines who are US citizens. There is no GPA minimum.

Global Awards + Me (GA+ME)
The Global Awards team is launching a new programming series for undergraduates interested in exploring the opportunities supported by Global Awards. This series of six workshops will help early college students understand external opportunities and learn how to develop competitive essays and resumes, build strong relationships on campus, and develop their personal mission. GA+ME programming is intended for first and second year students who show academic and/or leadership potential. A full schedule of the workshops can be found here.
Public Service Summer Institute (PSSI)
The Public Service Summer Institute is a summer-long, cohort-based program designed to support promising students who have demonstrated a commitment to public service. Through guided writing exercises, case studies, and public service networking events, PSSI participants will better understand public service careers and develop materials to apply for relevant Global Awards, such as the Truman, PPIA, Critical Language Scholarship, and Rangel Summer Enrichment Program. Applications to the PSSI are due April 17 and are open to current first-years and sophomores from any discipline with a strong track record of public service. There is no GPA requirement. The preliminary application will be released by the end of this week, and interested students can sign up for an application workshop on March 23 here.
