FH Digital Intern, New York

Do you have a passion for public relations, marketing, and communications?  Do you spend countless hours on blogs and social networking sites? Are you the kind of person that is constantly sharing content you love with your network of friends?  Fleishman-Hillard is looking for an intern passionate about everything digital for its Fall/Winter 2011 Intern Program in New York City (September-January).

 

FH Digital works with a variety of clients in the consumer, healthcare, and financial services areas. As an intern, you will assist a team of cutting-edge strategists, designers and online marketing experts to help guide clients through the digital universe to get the results they seek.

 

College juniors, seniors and recent graduates are welcome to apply for this full-time, paid internship position. We can also accommodate students entering the program for college credit. Students of all majors are welcome to apply, however students with backgrounds in technology, web development, social media communications, or marketing are preferred.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong coding skills are a “must have” for this position HTML / CSS. JavaScript is a plus, but not required
  • Up to date Facebook page creation experience and knowledge is also a plus, but not required
  • Experience with digital communications and social media
  • Strong writing skills
  • Self-starter; independent worker who takes initiative where appropriate and asks for help when needed
  • Functions well within a team dedicated to quality service
  • Results oriented
