>> Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

>> workers’ compensation, employee assistance, retirement, and other

>> Tracks all employment applicants and schedules initial interviews,
>> as directed by the HR Generalist
>> Maintains HR records (both paper and electronic) and compiles
>> reports based on this information as requested
>> Assists in coordinating employee training offerings
>> Ensures StoryCorps’ compliance with all federal and state
>> employment regulations
>> Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
>>
>> Solid organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and attention
>> to detail
>> Excellent verbal and written communication skills
>> Must be a proactive problem-solver; adaptive to a growing,
>> changing organization
>> Proficiency in Microsoft Office word processing, spreadsheet, and
>> database software
>> Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years relevant work experience
