SVP OF PRODUCT

Summary

Cross Commerce Media’s proprietary, patent-pending analytics platform unifies a companyʼs multiple data sources in real time, delivering a collective view of offline and online metrics. We are currently looking for a passionate SVP of Product to provide hands-on, strategic leadership for our marquis product, Collective Intelligence. The SVP of Product will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• BS or MS in computer science or the equivalent, plus an MBA or graduate work in business

• Minimum 7 – 10 experience in a product development role, with a minimum of 3 years leading a team

• Minimum 3 years experience with multi-tenant, ASP based analytics products and services

• Proven ability to identify and prioritize areas for product development by analyzing customer requirements and feedback, as well as industry trends

• Ability to establish key product management metrics and to take a metrics-driven approach to success

• Experience defining and implementing product development standards and processes

• Experience recruiting and mentoring a product team

• Proven ability to manage across the entire product lifecycle from product planning to execution, and to drive innovative, scalable development on an aggressive timeline

• Proven ability to identify both risks and opportunities for product and business growth and improvement

• Proven ability to evaluate and articulate tradeoffs and to allocate resources to meet customer and business needs

• Extraordinary ability to collaborate with and inspire technical and non-technical departments, as well as customers and other external stakeholders

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong technical understanding and business acumen, as well as knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem

• Maturity to work in a fast paced, early stage organization, and flexibility and determination to respond quickly and effectively to market changes

• Strong personal integrity and work ethic

• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive

• Start-up experience

Cross Commerce Media is a well-funded start-up. Compensation is commensurate with other start-ups, and includes salary, benefits, and equity. This position is based in our New York City office.
