Job: chat site ISO programmer

Artist/curator in search of a programmer for a paid job who can design a text chat site/community pairing random strangers together such as omegle.com but with a bunch of added features. The site should be ready mid October and will exist as a website with a mobile web version. The person should ideally have experience with chat design and have a very sharp, minimal visual sense for interface design.
