These are really more freelance jobs than internships and yes they are paid – @$20/hr depending on experience.
Job #1 I’d like to start right away. Jobs 2 & 3 could begin in January.
1. Research and basic UX Design for a mobile app involving product barcode scanning and pulling data from multiple databases. Requires data processing and interaction design skills. This is a discrete chunk of work to start @8-10hrs.
2. Design and marketing support for a fundraising web site and blog. Will require photoshop skills, research and social media marketing. Probably about 40-50 hrs of work.
3. Ongoing support for adoption outreach sites (people looking to adopt must craft outreach sites). Requires photoshop skills, research and social media marketing. Probably about 5 hrs of work to start, but this is likely to grow into a more regular thing, with hopefully 1-2 clients per month.
